1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

  • Items received are damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Products are unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the goods

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or consumed food items.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error

4. Exchanges

We may offer replacement or exchange for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect products delivered

5. Bulk / Wholesale Orders

For wholesale purchases:

  • Returns are evaluated case-by-case
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
